2. Subject

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER on the order form. Delivery time may vary depending on stock and the carrier; the statutory maximum is 30 days. The shipping terms stated on the order page apply.

5. Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Withdrawal may be notified in writing or by e-mail. Details of return conditions are set out on the Returns and Delivery Policy page.

Products that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. custom-made items, perishables, items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons) fall within the statutory exceptions.

6. Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
